While at university you will have a lot of time to spare so this is a great opportunity to get involved with clubs and societies and perhaps take up a new hobby. You will however have to make sure you manage your time well to make sure you met your work deadlines because no one will chase you if you fall behind!
Chigo is a second year Law and Criminology student studying at Kingston University and intents to go into the legal profession once she has graduated. Chigo says ‘uni is like a life lesson and prepares you for real life situations’ and she feels that all the things she has learnt through her studying and social life will stand her in good stead when she goes out into the working world. She says the 'best thing about university is the variety of different students you met and the independence you get'.
