We’ve already mentioned a little about how you can afford to go to university (see How can I afford it?), but it’s also important to look at how to manage your finances while you are there to make sure you don’t get into unmanageable debt.

 

Many students get a part time job while studying, which not only helps pay the bills but also gives you some valuable work experience, and it’s great to put on your C.V. too. Also every university has a Student Services department. These people know everything there is to know about student finance so are a good port of call if you need any help while at university.
