Introduction

When deciding what course you would like to study you should think about what subject you
most enjoy as well as what subject you are good at. Remember that doing a degree takes at
least three years to complete, so you want to make sure you choose something that is going
to keep your interest for the whole time.


It is not just the subjects you study at school that you can choose to do at university.
There is a whole variety of different subjects to suit everyone’s interests, from Criminology
to Zoology, Aerospace Engineering to Script Writing. In fact there are over 50,000 different

Did You Know?

Most undergraduate courses last for three years although some universities offer a year out where you can study abroad or work in your chosen field.
